Who we are
Actium is a brand of Enedym Inc. ("Actium", "we", "us"), Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. This policy covers the website you are reading now.
What we collect
Contact and sales inquiries
When you submit the contact form we collect your name, company, email address, optional phone number, product interest and the message you write. This information is transferred to and stored in our internal customer relationship management (CRM) system, operated by Enedym, and is used solely to respond to your inquiry and manage our sales relationship with you. We do not sell or share this information with third parties for their own marketing.
Analytics (only with your consent)
If — and only if — you accept analytics cookies in our consent banner, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location, device type). Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) and processes usage data on servers that may be located outside Canada, including in the United States. IP addresses are anonymized. If you decline, no analytics scripts load and no analytics cookies are set.
Hosting and security logs
This site is served by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages). Like any host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare's own privacy documentation for details on their processing.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing sales@actiumev.com. We retain sales inquiry records only as long as needed to manage the relationship or as required by law.
